At Thusitha3D, we are committed to delivering every project with professionalism and care. This refund policy is designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and a clear understanding between our studio and our clients.

1. Full Refund Eligibility

A full refund will be issued under the following condition:

If Thusitha3D fails to deliver the agreed project due to internal reasons, the full amount paid by the client will be refunded.

Whenever possible, refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during the original transaction.

2. Project Replacement Option

Instead of issuing a refund, clients may request to transfer the paid amount to another existing or future project, subject to mutual agreement.

Any difference in project pricing will be adjusted accordingly.

3. No Refund Conditions

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • If the client decides to cancel the project after work has already started.

  • If the project is paused or stopped due to the client’s decision.

  • If delays occur due to missing references, materials, approvals, or feedback from the client.

  • If communication is lost because the client becomes unresponsive for an extended period.

Once production has started, all payments made are considered non-refundable.

For projects handled directly through Thusitha3D, clients must complete full payment before receiving the final project files.

During production, preview drafts or watermarked versions may be shared for review and approval. The final high-resolution files and deliverables will only be released after the full payment is completed.

5. Freelance Platform Payments & Refunds

When services are ordered through third-party freelance platforms such as:

  • Behance

  • Fiverr

  • Upwork

  • Freelancer

All payments, refunds, and dispute processes are handled according to the rules and policies of the respective platform.

Thusitha3D respects and follows the payment protection systems provided by these platforms.

6. Communication Responsibility

Clients are responsible for maintaining clear and active communication throughout the project.

Thusitha3D cannot be responsible for delays or project issues caused by a lack of communication, missing materials, or delayed approvals from the client.

7. Final Decision

All refund decisions are made by Thusitha3D based on project progress, delivered work, and production time invested.

Thusitha3D reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Policy Acceptance

By confirming a project and making a payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
